Position Summary

YÖK brand ambassadors work hand in hand with store management and retail associates to provide an unparalleled level of customer care and product knowledge. It is their mission to achieve store goals, cultivate relationships with clientele and provide unique experiences. Our brand ambassadors embody YÖK and take pride in increasing brand awareness while representing
this lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities 

SALES & BUSINES DEVELOPMENT

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge on all products, as well as industry trends.
  • Achieve individual sales goals as determined through maximizing sales opportunities.
  • Build partnerships with local businesses to grow clientele base while building relationships.
  • Identify potential growth opportunities and report back.
  • Spearhead in-store events and achieve event goals while enhancing client experience.

CLIENTELE DEVELOPMENT

  • Build genuine relationships with clientele while providing a welcoming environment.
  • Represent YÖK and support key business initiatives, campaigns, and launches.
  • Collect meaningful customer data to allow for personalized client experiences.
  • Utilize marketing tools such as Instagram and Facebook to promote yourself, your knowledge and the products.

OPERATIONS

  • Follow retailers policies and processes.
  • Visual merchandising and maintaining cleanliness.
  • Manage stock and inventory control (including tester & sample management).
  • Monitor expenses, cash log and sales

KEY SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Passion for clean beauty and wellness
  • Previous experience in retail, or as a brand ambassador
  • Unparalleled customer service
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-motivated, strong work ethic
  • Flexible schedule
  • Detail-oriented and takes initiative
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
